|302 V8 Conversion Headers
Start off your exhaust system right with our tuned headers! Their long-runner design produces more torque than stock manifolds or shorty headers. They do not include an oxygen sensor port, but a reducer cone with sensor port can be easily fitted. Unfortunately, due to steering shaft interference, they won't fit on 351's. In this case, stock manifolds or shorty headers must be made to fit. 2wd requires steering shaft modification.

II Modular Tire Carrier & Can Rack
Stock carriers just don't stand up to the weight of an oversize
extra weight can cause the factory mounts on the quarter panel to tear.
So, we designed a carrier system utilizing our proven 2" receiver
hitch bumper. It will carry up to a 35" tire while also providing
a location for a Hi-Lift Jack! Tire mounts with wheel studs and included
lug nuts but can also use locking lug nuts for security. Jack sits on a
steel base and is secured with a T-Handle. Quick and easy access
thanks to our own Revolutionary Cam-latch design. The pivots feature
oil impregnated bushings for long life and a drop pin automatically holds
the carrier open for easy tailgate access. The optional carrier basket
(sold separately) is set up for a 5 gallon "Gerry" can but readily
accepts water, antifreeze jugs or a trash can! License plate mounting
holes provided. (see #9640 Light Bolts for illumination of the

Rear Tire Carrier
This kit is to add a Tire Carrier to a Duff (non tire carrier) rear bumper.
It contains a new style cam latch style tire carrier with stud type mounting
for the spare tire, the passenger side pivot assembly and catch-plate.
Includes all hardware for mounting the swing arm carrier, spare tire, and
cam-latch. Welding required for installation.
Rear Can Carrier
This kit is to add a
can carrier to a Duff (non tire carrier) rear bumper. It includes the
new style cam latch can carrier, the driver side pivot assembly, catch-plate, & handle
stop. Welding required for installation.
Conversion Tire Carrier
These kits are for upgrading
a Duff Carrier Bumper with the pin and T-handle closures to the new cam-latch
closure. Each kit contains a cam latch handle assembly and catch plate.
Both of which will need welded on after carefully removing the old pin
and retainer plate.

Ranger Pre-runner Winch Bumper
tubular style winch bumper is made from 2" diameter .120
(1/8") wall steel tubing. Recently converted to a two
piece design, it handles up to a 9500 lb. winch and is UPSable!
Winch carrier section bolts to the main tube assembly using
Carriage Head Bolts. Includes 1/4" thick reinforcements
to strengthen the stock frame, license plate mount and dual
light tabs on the backside of the main section. These tabs
allow the new smaller pendulum lights to be mounted so that
they shine between the upper and lower main tubes, yet giving
maximum protection from trail obstacles. Come bare.

to the body of bumper with drive rivets and/or welding. The gussetted and
reinforced 2" receiver gives you the flexibility to attach up to a
9500 lb. winch in a multi-mount cradle or any other 2" receiver accessory.
Dual light tabs on the front center hoop and on the backside of the bumper
allow the new smaller pendulum lights to be mounted so that they shine

efficiency than our copper/brass model, which is the same size! Two cores,

Tig welded tank made of .080 thick material with furnace brazed cores insures
a leak free radiator. Fits 302, 5.0L and 351W. Features a heat exchanger
style tranny cooler with 1/2" NPT ports.

You can use one of our body lifts to generate clearance for a V8, or to
make room for larger tires. By raising the body off of the frame it
effectively creates more room for the motor and transmission, thus
making a V8 conversion easier. Kits include spacer blocks, steering
adapter, hardware, and complete instructions. We also recommend changing
the body mounts at the same time, as they are often worn out.
