Winch Plate Bumper 83-88 Bronco II & Ranger

Our new Winch Plate Bumper for the 83-88 Bronco II & Ranger is designed to maximize approach angles while giving the lowest possible winch mount height for maximum air flow to the radiator. Fabbed of a combination of 3/16" and 1/4" for maximum strength for use with up to a 9500lb winch without too much weight. 1/4" plate wraps around protection for lower fenders. Laser cut openings for jacking points and attachment points for shackles or tow bar. Comes bare. Fits with or without body lift. Shown with optional Duff Tuff Skid Plate, Roller Fairlead Light Bracket and KC Slim Lights now also available through Duff's.

This simple add-on is one you’ll wonder how you ever did without. Once the hood is lifted just a few inches, these gas charged hood struts smoothly lift the hood the rest of the way. Great for the vertically challenged—no more struggling to get the hood up high enough to get that #*%* prop rod in! Includes detailed instructions brackets, struts and hardware. Heavy Duty Motor Mounts Bronco II/R 302 Conv.

Our new heavy duty design replaces the hard to find motor mounts necessary for doing a V8/5.0L swap in your 4WD Bronco II or Ranger. These mount a V8 block to the existing crossmember utilizing urethane bushings with 9/16" bolts to reduce engine vibration and engine torquing. They set the V8 up slightly higher than the original engine to make room for the oil pan. The engine crossmember must be drilled for the new motor mounts. With the mounts, you receive a diagram showing the location of the new 1/2" slots. Although every attempt has been made to provide you with the correct locations, there are some variations where the slot may need to be enlarged.

B2/Ranger/Ex SAS Coil Buckets

Our proven coil bucket design has been revamped to accept either stock or Early Bronco coil springs for those doing a Solid Axle Swap on their Bronco II, 83-97 Ranger or 91-94 Explorer.

Designed and fabricated in house of 1/4" laser cut plate steel, these buckets completely replace the stock coil bucket and shock mount. Both shocks mount behind the coil for reduced sway, a smoother ride, better tire clearance and articulation. Will work with the stock sway bar. Bolt on design, no welding required. Blue powdercoated for long lasting good looks. All new parts, No core required.

Other SAS components include our HD Early Bronco Lowers #5120, Extended Radius Arms #5352 and HD Crossmember #5346.

First & Second Generation Bronco II, Ranger & Explorer Pre-runner Winch Bumpers

The first generation bumper is virtually unchanged from our previous design in that great care was taken to maximize approach angles and body protection while minimizing airflow blockage. Made from 2” and 1 1/2" diameter .120 (1/8”) wall steel tubing. Dual light tabs on the front center hoop. Angled license plate mounting under the winch plate designed to handle up to a 9500# winch. Includes reinforcements to strengthen the stock frame. The sides of the bumper now feature a larger end cap on the tubes.

Second Generation Bumper includes our Dufflector Ends to be either bolted or welded on with included bolts (not attached to keep shipping costs down). This gives the bumper a finished look and hides the unsightly body lines left behind when the factory plastic is removed. All bumpers come bare.

5 1/2 & 6” 4WD Stage 3 Suspension Systems for Bronco II, Ranger & Explorer

Here’s the deal. We’ve been working on our 5 1/2”-6” lifts for several years... but we hadn’t released them because we were unhappy using radius arm drop brackets. So, here they are— available only with our extended radius arms. We feel this is the BEST way to lift a TTB this much for the sake of safety, strength, handling and ground clearance. This means the lifts include:

Bronco II Modular Tire Carrier & Can Rack

Stock carriers just dont stand up to the weight of an oversize tire. The extra weight can cause the factory mounts on the quarter panel to tear. So, we designed a carrier system utilizing our proven 2" receiver hitch bumper. It will carry up to a 35" tire while also providing a location for a Hi-Lift Jack! Tire mounts with wheel studs and included lug nuts but can also use locking lug nuts for security. Jack sits on a steel base and is secured with a T-Handle.

Quick and easy access thanks to our own Revolutionary Cam-latch design. The pivots feature oil impregnated bushings for long life and a drop pin automatically holds the carrier open for easy liftgate access. The optional carrier basket (sold separately) is set up for a 5 gallon "Gerry" can but readily accepts water, antifreeze jugs or a trash can! License plate mounting holes provided. (see #9640 Light Bolts for illumination of the plate). Comes bare.

Rod Ended TTB Extended Radius Arms

Better turning radius, better ground clearance and improved handling all in one product! Fabricated with 1/4" plate and 2" O.D. 5/16" wall DOM tubing, not reworked stock stamped pieces. Built in offset to clear larger tires on stock 4 1/2" backspace wheels. At the frame, a massive 1" bore high quality Rod End. Includes blue powdercoated arms, rod ends, bushings, heavy-duty replacement transmission crossmember and all necessary mounting hardware. All new parts, No core required.
