4-Core Radiator
This high-efficiency copper/brass radiator is a 4-core unit that replaces a stock V8 3-core radiator or upgrades your cooling system for a V8 conversion. With 180 tubes and 14 fins per inch, it provides 15% more
cooling power than the stock 3-core unit! Built-in tranny cooler, fits manual, C4 & C6 transmissions. At 3.25" deep, the #3105 Bracket Kit is necessary for installation due to the additional width over stock. If swapping to a V8 from a 6 cylinder, you will also need our #3107 "L" bracket kit. One year warranty against defects.

Aluminum Radiator
Manufactured by a leader in the Aluminum radiator business to our specs,
our exclusive design offers increased coolant capacity to meet the demands
of even the toughest cooling problems. This no-epoxy, fully Tig welded
tank is made of .080 thick material with furnace brazed cores to insure
a leak free radiator. Designed with two cores, 1" wide tubes, 14
fins per inch for efficient airflow. Petcock drain is on the passenger
side, for easier access. Features a heat exchanger style tranny cooler
with 1/2" NPT ports. This means it will help your automatic run
cooler too! Lighter weight and offers 20% more cooling capacity than
our Copper/brass Hi-Efficiency model, which is a similar size! Will not
work with F150 power steering conversions. Comes with zinc plated mounts
with urethane bushings for strength and vibration reduction.

Billet Radiator Cap
Give your aluminum radiator a finished look with this billet cap. A
16lb. pressure cap is siliconed inside the finished billet cap. This
allows you to replace the pressure cap if it is ever to fail.

Fan
Shrouds
Shrouds improve the air flow and efficiency of the cooling system by
directing air flow through the radiator. Many overlook this vital part of
the cooling system. We have two models to choose from. Both fit stock or
4-core radiators with 289, 302 or 351W.
Fiberglass Fan Shroud
Black gelcoat fiberglass looks like stock but is far more durable. Does
not heat up like metal.

Lower
Radiator Brackets
These brackets are needed when going from a 6 to a V8, or if your stock
ones are rusted. “L” brackets work with stock or 4-core radiators
& must be welded on. Shown with #3105 kit also needed to install a 4-core.
#3111 set are extended 2” for body lifted vehicles.

Radiator Brackets
These gold zinc plated brackets come with blue urethane insulators.
Sized for the added depth of the 4-core radiator and are needed for installation.
Will not fit 3-cores.

Electric
Fan Kit
Needs some extra cooling power? Heres the solution. This kit includes a
Flex-a-lite 16” Pusher fan and all the hardware necessary for installation
without mounting through your radiator, which can cause serious radiator
damage. The temperature sensor and a manual switch are sold separately so
you can choose which you prefer. The fan has a rating of 1450CFM and draws
10 amps. It can also be mounted as a puller fan if you prefer. Fan measures
3 3/8” deep. You’ll need 1.5” between your radiator and core
support.
