Bronco
II Modular Tire Carrier
Stock carriers just don't stand up to the weight of an oversize
tire. The
extra weight can cause the factory mounts on the quarter panel to tear.
So, we designed a carrier system utilizing our proven 2" receiver
hitch bumper. It will carry up to a 35" tire while also providing
a location for a Hi-Lift Jack! Tire mounts with wheel studs and
included lug nuts but can also use locking lug nuts for security. Jack
sits on a
steel base and is secured with a T-Handle. Quick and easy access
thanks to our own Revolutionary Cam-latch design. The pivots feature
oil impregnated bushings for long life and a drop pin automatically holds
the carrier open for easy tailgate access. The optional carrier basket
(sold separately) is set up for a 5 gallon "Gerry" can but
readily accepts water, antifreeze jugs or a trash can! License
plate mounting holes provided. (see #9640 Light Bolts for illumination
of the plate). Available in bare steel or black powdercoated.

Winch Bumpers With new Design & Duff Flectors!

Our tubular style winch bumper is made from 2" diameter .120 (1/8") wall steel tubing. Recently converted to a two piece design, it handles up to a 9500 lb. winch and is UPSable! Winch carrier section bolts to the main tube assembly using Carriage Head Bolts. Includes 1/4" thick reinforcements to strengthen the stock frame, license plate mount and dual light tabs on the backside of the main section. These tabs allow the new smaller pendulum lights to be mounted so that they shine between the upper and lower main tubes, yet giving maximum protection from trail obstacles. All bumpers come bare.

give you the flexibility to:
·Attach a multi-mount winch to the front or rear when you need it.
·Remove it for the daily commute, taking the load off of the
suspension, leaving the winch safe at home.
·Tow and maneuver trailers from front or rear mounts.

License Plate Bolts
When replacing the factory rear bumper with a tube bumper, there isn't anywhere to mount the stock license plate lights. These bolts both hold the plate on and illuminate it, allowing compliance with most state laws. (Shown on the '94 Ranger).

Bed Braces
Bed sides have lots of flex without the tailgate in place. The
flexing will cause the spot welds that hold the bed together to
crack. Our bed braces will add support and prevent this. We
recommend these for use with the In-bed tire carrier. Can also
be used with tailgate in place.
